Since opening its doors in 1994, Streets Rehearsal Studios has offered the serious musician a secure sanctuary in which to hone their craft. Monthly lockdowns with 24/7/365 access allow artists the freedom to create whenever the moment of inspiration arises.

 

 

Built by musicians, for musicians, the facility is located in an historic industrial mill building within the Willett Street Industries complex in Passaic, NJ. Each room includes utilities (heat, AC, electricity), alarm system and free WIFI. Room sizes vary, but most are in the 300 square foot range with 15ft. ceilings. Access to the building includes a loading dock and freight elevator for easy load in and out.

 

 

Over the years Streets has been home to countless bands and musicians and continues to provide artists with the privacy, security and freedom required to express their creativity.
